# Most of you never need this page.Three kinds of customer do.

Schools pay less. Political, governmental, religious and international organizations need a special license. And a handful of sectors can use everything we produce, but can't put our name on it.

## Educational

Reduced prices for institutions, with seats for their students and staff.

### Institutions

Schools, universities and research institutions get an organizational license at a reduced price, set on request. Write to us with the institution name and what you want to track.

### Students and teaching staff

Students and teaching staff use VoilàIQ on a seat assigned by their institution. Seats cannot be bought individually; ask your school or university.

## Political, governmental, religious and international organizations

These organizations can use VoilàIQ only under a Special License. There are two ways to get one, and they are priced differently on purpose.

Directly from us

On requestfrom 2× the plan price

- Minimum **twice** the regular price of the corresponding plan; **more** for large organizations
- Minimum term three months
- Extended configuration options agreed in the license

Through a VoilàIQ agency

2× the plan pricefixed, whatever your size

- Your agency adds you as a client and declares your status
- **No negotiation** — the price is the price
- Activated after our approval; your agency's other clients are never affected

**Acceptance is at our discretion** in both routes, and we don't give reasons. A guaranteed price is not a guarantee of acceptance.

Using a standard plan for one of these organizations — directly or through someone else — gets that client blocked, without refund.Blocking is per client. An agency with one misdeclared client keeps all its other clients running.

## Using our data vs. using our name

Two different rights. Every lawful business gets both — with one exception on the second.

### The data: yes

Reports, mentions, sentiment, share of voice, exports, your AI assistant reading it over MCP — **all of it is yours to use internally**, in any lawful business, in any sector below.

### Our name in public: yes, except in Restricted Sectors

Cite VoilàIQ as a source, put our logo on a press release, write "according to VoilàIQ" in an ad or a post — **welcome, and good for both of us.** **The one exception is brands in the Restricted Sectors below:** their reports carry no VoilàIQ branding and our name stays out of their public material.

**Gold** sectors also need a Special License. The list follows the sector of the brand you track, not what the articles are about — a newspaper covering casinos is not a casino. We may change the list at any time.

In these sectors: the data is yours, our name is not.Use everything VoilàIQ produces for your brand internally. Just don't cite us in public — your reports say "Media monitoring data · internal use" where everyone else's say "Source: VoilàIQ".
